Among them, "YuPai" is a dedicated module under the Gotalent Platform for crowdsourced translation, and the specific translation business of this module is operated by Sichuan Lan-bridge Information Technology Co., Ltd.) services (such as job searching, recruitment, and vocational Q&A activities), we may collect and use your relevant information. If a user fails to provide real identity information, the online operator shall not provide relevant services. Account information: including system account, IP address, email address, and passwords related to the aforementioned;
Personal online records: including website and WeChat official account login records, browsing records, usage records, click records, operation records, etc.;
Personal frequently used device information: including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, device identification code, etc.;
Personal location information: including positioning information, etc.;
Personal property information: including transaction and payment records, account and point balances, various coupons, redemption vouchers, etc.;
Personal chat records: information sent by you as a job seeker/recruiter with the other party through the online communication function.
In the process of you using the platform services and specific functions, we may collect, store, and use the following information related to you to provide the above-mentioned services. If you do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to use the platform's services/specific functions. Please note that all personal information you provide when using the platform's services/functions will be deemed as your consent to: continuously authorize us to use it during your use of our products and/or services, unless you delete it or refuse our collection through system settings. These services/functions include but are not limited to:
Please note that when you register as a recruiter (employer) on behalf of an enterprise, public institution, or organization, you need to provide your personal identity information, including but not limited to ID card, passport, and/or other supporting documents (such as business card, employee ID, etc.), and complete real-name authentication (by providing a photo of yourself holding your ID card, conducting face recognition authentication, etc., with specific requirements subject to the instructions on the registration page); in addition, you also need to provide information about the company you belong to. If you cannot or refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to complete the registration as a recruiter.
Regarding Resumes: Since this platform is an intermediary information platform and professional community connecting candidates with employers, if you are a job seeker, you must first complete your personal online resume before you can apply for positions posted by recruiting enterprises on this website. A personal online resume includes the aforementioned basic personal information and other information required for job search. When you upload an attached resume or edit an online resume on the platform and choose to make your resume public, you have agreed that recruiting units (and personnel) using the platform's corresponding services can discover you through our system functions (such as keywords for position, industry, working years, etc.). Recruiting enterprises (and personnel) that have purchased the corresponding services have the legally permitted right to query, browse, download, use, and store your resume; at the same time, we also have the right to match suitable positions for you based on your resume characteristics, career needs, etc., and help you submit applications to improve the success rate of your job search. However, you still have the right to choose whether to fully publicize your resume or block certain recruiting enterprises from discovering your information through the system privacy setting function. The platform shall not bear any legal liability for any legal disputes arising therefrom (including but not limited to the incorrect or illegal use of the aforementioned resume information by recruiting enterprises or personnel).
In addition, personal resumes filled in or uploaded through one-click login on "Gotalent" or within any product or business module under "Gotalent" can be automatically identified, searched, or used by the entire "Gotalent" platform. When users switch to different businesses within "Gotalent" (such as Gotalent International Talent Platform, YuPai, etc.), personal resumes can be updated and applied synchronously, and paid enterprises can search, view, and download resumes according to the corresponding package permissions.
RecruitmentThe corresponding qualification materials you submit when registering a recruiter account on behalf of your company and settling on the platform do not belong to your personal information, but are used to prove the company's qualifications and the company's real recruitment needs. The information you provide on the platform on behalf of the company as an enterprise recruiter and the information generated by using the platform can be applied for and viewed by the company from the platform.
Communication FunctionThe platform provides an online communication function between recruiting enterprises and candidates. For this purpose, the platform needs to use the account information of both parties, etc.
Online Purchase of ServicesWhen you purchase value-added services of Gotalent online, we will collect and use your account information and personal property information.
Customer Service FunctionIn the process of using the service, you may submit any questions, opinions, suggestions, complaints, reports, and other requests through customer service channels. For this purpose, we need to collect and use (part/all of) the relevant content in the above-mentioned personal information. The disclosure and sharing of your personal information to third parties will comply with the specific agreements below.
Security Verification FunctionWhen you use the platform services, we need to obtain your device information (including MAC address, etc.) to conduct security verification when your account logs in to the Gotalent official website, WeChat official account, etc. on an unfamiliar device, so as to promptly remind you of potential security risks.
To make your use of the platform services more efficient and convenient, thereby enhancing your service experience on the platform, we may collect and use your personal information through your device. If you do not authorize these specific application permissions, you can still use the basic functions of the platform such as recruitment, job search, or vocational Q&A, but you may not be able to fully use these additional functions that can bring you efficient and convenient service experiences. These additional functions include but are not limited to:(1) Personalized recommendation function based on location information: We will collect your location information (we only collect your current geographical location, but will not combine your location information at various times to determine your movement trajectory) to determine your location and recommend recruitment information in your area for you.(2) Additional functions based on camera: You can use this additional function to complete video recording, photo taking, etc., to help you better use services such as online communication and vocational Q&A.(3) Additional functions based on image upload: You can upload your photos on the platform to set an avatar and better use functions such as publishing recruitment information, online communication, and vocational Q&A.(4) Additional functions based on voice technology: You can directly use the microphone for online communication.(5) Additional functions based on accessing, reading, writing, and storing files in external device storage: You can call files (such as document files, photos, etc.) in your device's external storage to upload resumes, edit personal avatars, conduct online communication, etc.; you can also download and save various files to external storage accordingly.
The above additional functions require you to enable the access permissions of your geographical location (location information), camera, photo album (image library), microphone, and external storage for us in your device. You can check the activation status of the above permissions one by one in your terminal device and can enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that enabling these permissions means that you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to realize the above functions; disabling the permissions means that you cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect and use this personal information of yours, nor will we be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to disable the permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your previous authorization.

You understand and agree that in this case, we have the right to use the de-identified information; and on the premise of desensitizing your personal information, we have the right to analyze the user database and use it commercially. For example, we will count the usage of our services and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties to show the development trends of the Internet industry and the recruitment field, etc., but such statistical information does not include any of your identity identification information.
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual except in the following cases:(1) Obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance;(2) Only by sharing your information can the core functions of our products and/or services be realized or the services you need be provided;(3) The provision of products and/or services includes or depends on third-party services (such as some functions implemented based on third-party SDKs);(4) To handle disputes or controversies between you and others;(5) Provided in accordance with the relevant agreements signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;(6) Used for academic research;(7) Used based on social public interests in compliance with laws and regulations.

If you no longer need to use the platform's services, you can apply to the platform to cancel your account. You can send an application via email (info@gotalent.cn), and after the background review is passed, you can proceed to the next relevant operations. Please note that account cancellation is an irreversible operation. You need to back up the relevant information and data under the account by yourself, and please confirm that all services related to Gotalent have been properly handled before the operation.
To ensure the security of your account, the following conditions will be reviewed before account cancellation:
After your account cancellation application is approved, your account will be cancelled. If the application is not approved, you will be notified of the reason for the rejection, and you need to make corresponding modifications or operations.
After you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use the platform's services through this account, and we will stop collecting and using your information. However, in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations, we still need to retain the relevant data and information of users on this website (including but not limited to user account information, transaction information, etc.).
The specific operation process above may be adjusted with the upgrade of this website, and we will notify you in an appropriate manner and guide the operation.

If you are a minor over 16 years old who mainly relies on your own labor income as the source of living, you have full capacity for civil conduct, and the relationship between you and the platform is fully subject to this Privacy Agreement.
If you are a minor over 16 years old who does not mainly rely on your own labor income as the source of living, you still need to use our products with the consent and supervision of a guardian. With the development of the platform's business, this Privacy Agreement will be updated from time to time. We will notify you of the update of relevant content through appropriate means such as website announcements, pop-ups, WeChat push notifications, and emails. You can also access our Privacy Agreement page at any time to obtain the latest version.
